Please note that the floor is an optional item we used to make it easier to set-up our Display here on our lot and is not included in the price shown. Typically these pavilions would not have a floor and would be anchored to your concrete slab or wood deck — this anchoring is included at no charge. If you have neither of these we can install Sona Tube or Dura-Column footer for an additional cost, or provide you details and drawings so that you may install these footers yourself for us to attach to.

Free Delivery within 30 Miles of store. Prior to delivery, the client is responsible for ensuring that the site is open enough that the assembled building can be moved into position and that the appropriate site prep (gravel or concrete pad or post platform) is done.
