PAINT PALETTE
For the walls, we chose Sherwin-Williams Earthen Jug and Folksy Gold to create a warm, inviting space that evokes joyfulness and confidence. To still add a little softness, we selected the Creamy paint color for the trim and buffet. These orange hues and cream colors provide a striking contrast to the navy and indigo hues found in the living room's upholstery.
DECORATIVE ACCENTS
For accent pieces, we chose fun, quirky, sophisticated elements from Uttermost to pull the room together further. We wanted the artwork to make a statement, so we chose the Natural Wonder Framed Canvas as a bold focal point. Its floral motif coordinates beautifully with the deep navy sofa and ties together with the patterned chairs, while creating striking contrast against the vibrant walls. The sculptural Hemisphere Lamps introduce a playful geometric element that enhances the room’s eclectic personality.
To balance the darker tones within the artwork, we selected the Serna Mirror above the buffet. The repeated spherical detailing along its frame subtly echoes the lamps’ rounded forms, creating cohesion without feeling overly matched. Finally, the Aledo Rug grounds the space with another layer of geometric pattern while tying in the cream trim, painted buffet, and soft ivory accents throughout the room.
